“Platform” refers to MedicOnline.ie and its associated website, mobile applications, and services.
“You” or “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
“Healthcare Professional” refers to licensed general practitioners, specialists, or nurses providing services via the Platform.
2. Scope of Services
MedicOnline.ie offers telehealth services including but not limited to:
Non-urgent general practice video, phone, and home visit consultations.
Issuance of medical certificates and prescriptions.
Specialist consultations for mental health, dermatology, pain management, weight loss, and endocrinology.
Important:
Our services are not suitable for emergency or life-threatening conditions. For emergencies, contact 999 or visit the nearest emergency department immediately.
MedicOnline.ie does not provide GMS (General Medical Services) for medical card holders at this time.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent for minors.
Reside in Ireland.
Agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device for telehealth consultations.
You must not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
You are required to follow any instructions provided by the Healthcare Professional.
5. Consultations and Prescriptions
Consultations are conducted by licensed Healthcare Professionals registered in Ireland.
Prescriptions, if deemed necessary, will be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy. The issuance of prescriptions is at the sole discretion of the Healthcare Professional.
MedicOnline.ie does not handle or deliver medication directly.
6. Payment and Fees
Fees for consultations and other services will be displayed on the Platform prior to booking.
Payment must be completed before your appointment.
MedicOnline.ie reserves the right to change pricing at any time but will notify users in advance of any changes.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Users may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests can be directed to our customer support team.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
MedicOnline.ie complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.
Personal and medical information collected is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

9. Limitations of Service
MedicOnline.ie is not a substitute for in-person medical care where a physical examination is necessary.
The Platform does not guarantee specific outcomes or diagnoses.
MedicOnline.ie is not liable for delays, interruptions, or technical issues that may affect the availability of services.
10. Termination of Services
MedicOnline.ie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
11. Liability Disclaimer
MedicOnline.ie and its Healthcare Professionals shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, except as required by law.
Users acknowledge that telehealth services have inherent limitations and accept the associated risks.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in Irish courts.
13. Amendments
MedicOnline.ie may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Suitable for:
Busy professionals or individuals with chronic conditions needing more frequent care.
Services Included:
- Online GP Consultations: 3 per month
- Follow up Consultations: 2 per month
- Specialist Referral: 2 per year
- Sick Certificates: 4 per year
- Investigations & Radiology Referral: 2 per year
- Prescription Refills: 2 per month
Additional Features:
- Priority access to GPs
- Dedicated health concierge for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Family Plan (€65/month)
Suitable for:
Families with children or multiple members needing care.
Services Included:
- Online GP Consultations: 5 per month (shared among family members)
- Follow up Consultations: 3 per month (shared among family members)
- Specialist Referral: 3 per year
- Sick Certificates: 6 per year
- Investigations & Radiology Referral: 3 per year
- Prescription Refills: 6 per month
- Healthy Lifestyle Coaching: 1 session per month (20 minutes, shared among family members)
