You complete a comprehensive medical questionnaire on the Bua Health platform. This takes just 2 minutes and gathers the necessary history regarding your BMI, medications, and general health.
2. Clinical Review (MedicOnline)
Your assessment is securely transmitted to our clinical team here at MedicOnline. One of our Irish-registered doctors will review your case to ensure treatment is safe and clinically appropriate for you.
3. Delivery & Support
If eligible, our doctors issue a prescription which is dispensed by our partner pharmacy and delivered to your door. You then receive ongoing support via Bua to manage your progress.
Who Is This For?
This service is strictly regulated and is available only to patients who meet specific clinical criteria for obesity management. Generally, this includes:
- BMI 30+: Individuals with a Body Mass Index of 30 or higher.
- BMI 27+: Individuals with a BMI of 27 or higher who also have a weight-related health condition (e.g., high cholesterol, hypertension, sleep apnoea).
